In order to secure your child’s spot for the upcoming school year, please complete this form and return to the Preschool Academy’s office. The Registration Fee, which is equal to one month’s tuition, is due at the time of registration. No Registration Forms will be accepted without the Registration Fee. The Registration Fee is non-refundable. The first tuition payment is due by the first day of school and all other monthly payments are due at the first of every month.

2021-2022 School Schedule/Fees

Yearly Activity Fee: 2 days: $55, 3 days: $65, 4 days: $75, 5 days: $85

Mother's Morning Out (3-12 months)

9:00am-12:30pm

  One Day Option: M, T, W, TH, or F = $80 per month

Two Day Option: T/TH or W/F = $150 per month

ONES   

9:00am-12:30pm

Two Day Option: T/TH or W/F = $165 per month

TWOS

9:15am-12:45pm

Two Day Option: T/TH = $165 per month

Three Day Option: M/W/F = $175 per month

Five Day Option: M-F = $185 per month

THREES

Five Day Option: M-F = $195 per month

K-4

9:00am-1:00pm

Five Days: $200 per month
